• Driver Facing Camera: This camera continuously monitors the vehicle operator to provide audio and/or visual alerts when fatigue, distraction or prohibited behaviour events are detected.
• Road Facing Cameras: These driver behaviour monitoring cameras use AI technology to predict and detect events whilst on the road (such as impending collision warning and safe following distance) providing real-time feedback and alerts to drivers when risks are detected.

At Stef’s Transport we use Jaix Freight as our Transport Management System to optimise freight operations, enhance visibility, and streamline every aspect of our transport logistics. By using Jaix Freight, we enhance operational efficiency, improve customer service, reduce manual data entry, and ensure seamless revenue and expense tracking across our transport network.

• Freight and Operations Management: Our transport management System provides end-to-end transport visibility, real-time consignment tracking, and assists with fleet and resource allocation minimising lost time and improving productivity.

• Consignment Processing and Customer Service: Jaix Freight provides automated track and trace, seamless data integration, quick access to records and customised reporting. 

• Despatch and Fleet Management: At Stef’s Transport we use Jaix Freight for real-time fleet coordination, automated pickups and deliveries, and mobile tools. 

• Distribution and Logistics: Jaix’s provides multi-lane distribution management, and manifest and load management.

• Sender and Receiver Management: Jaix provides site-specific control for improved operational planning, and pallet and account management to ensure smooth handling at pickup and delivery points.

Stef’s Transport utilises the Gearbox system to centralise maintenance, compliance, employee and contractor information, and company obligations. We utilise the Gearbox platform for:

• Maintenance: Alerts, schedules and checklists for preventive and non-preventative maintenance.
• Prestart Operator App: Prestart and fault reports in real time.
• Compliance: Management of NHVAS, contractor and compliance reviews.
• Employees: Management of employee training, medicals and licenses.
• Parts and Inventory: Management and tracking of parts, stocktake and purchase orders.

LogChecker is a digital system used by Stef’s Transport for checking diary pages efficiently. It helps ensure compliance with fatigue management regulations while simplifying the process of tracking driver work hours. We use it for:

• Accuracy: Identifies errors, omissions, and potential breaches in work/rest records.
• Efficiency: It makes checking driving hours quick and user-friendly.
• Risk Reduction: Helps prevent fines, breaches, and fatigue-related incidents.
